1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 93bd9 website, mobile interface, and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any promotional offer — you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them unconditionally.

6.2 Odds and Pricing

Real-money deposits not associated with any breach may be returned at the discretion of 93bd9 following a full review. 93bd9's decision regarding the treatment of account balances on termination is final.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 93bd9 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder via their registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. A dormancy administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with 93bd9's current schedule of fees, which is available on request from the support team. Real-money balances in dormant accounts will not be forfeited without prior notification to the account holder.
